Wolf Property Management was founded 2008 by Hector Perez and Kathinka Rosiger with the aim to create a professional, reliable and full service property management business for the East Cape area.
Now, several years later Wolf Property Management takes care of over 50+ properties and manages 3 home owners associations.
Thanks to continuous learning and a strong network of service providers we can assist our clients with many additional tasks that exceed day to day property management such as:
