01.- Q: San Jose del Cabo (Los Cabos) International Airport (SJD) facts.

A:

  • Los Cabos International Airport.
  • Airport code SJD.
  • It is located 13 kms. (8 miles) north of San Jose del Cabo.
  • It is located 48 kms. (29 miles) northeast of Cabo San Lucas.
  • It is located 70 kms. (44 miles) south of Los Barriles.

02.- Q: What do I do if there are unexpected changes on my arrival or departure?

A: Don't worry if your flight is delayed or arriving ahead of schedule, our staff will be waiting for you and holding a signal with your name on it, whatever time your flight arrives.

Please help us by writing us as soon as possible (ASAP) an email or give us a call to inform about the new changes on times/dates/flights/etc.

03.- Q: Are gratuities/tips included?

A: In the transportation service we include only taxes and insurances, the gratuities remain subject to client's consideration. Usually they range from 10% to 20% or more depending on how satisfied you are with the service.

04.- Q: What should I do upon arrival at the SJD Los Cabos International Airport?

A: After you go through immigration, pick up your luggage and pass customs. You will see a room with timeshare booths -- please avoid talking to these people and EXIT TO THE RIGHT (there will be a sign that reads, "Ground Transportation, Taxis & Bus"). At the exit you will see our staff holding a sign with the company's logo.

05.- Q: How many stops there are if I pay for a shared service (Shuttle)?

A: Zero stops, we provide a direct transfer. At this point our Shuttle service only has one destination: Los Barriles area therefore no stops are involved unless our guests have a special request.

06.- Q: What do you do with my travel / personal information?

A: If you have questions regarding your private information, please consult or Privacy Policy section. We value and protect our client's information.

07.- Q: Why are your rates so low?

A: Our prices are very competitive in the market because we charge the right price for a great service. We praise honesty and fairness and we will never overcharge our clients.

08.- Q: Are transportation units under an Insurance protection?

A: All units are protected with a Full Coverage Insurance including it's passengers.

09.- Q: How can I find/identify your staff at the Airport?

A: Within the airport, after you pass the luggage claim area and customs, it's common to find time share agents offering you hotel presentations and even transportation. Avoid them and continue to the next door. Use the door on the right at Terminal 1, there you will find our staff with a sign with our logo waiting for you. At other Terminals just exit the doors to find our staff and signs.

10.- Q: Is it possible to pay for your transportation services upon arrival?

A: This is possible with returning clients or referred clients. To ensure the availability of units and keep our low and very competitive rates, we require you to send your payment in advance via Internet/PayPal or by any other money transfer option.

12.- Q: Is Paypal a safe option to complete the online payment?

A: Yes, Paypal is a safe option, a company with over 100 million accounts in the world. For more information about Paypal, enter www.paypal.com.

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Please consider to add 5% on top of the quoted amount when paying with PayPal as PayPal has a surcharge/bank fee charge. We cannot absorb this fee as we try to give you the best rate possible.

13.- Q: Is PayPal free?

A: You can sign up for a PayPal account for free, and there's no charge to transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account.

There are fees in other instances such as:

  • If you have a Personal account, you have the option to accept credit card payments. You'll pay a fee if you choose to accept a credit card payment.
  • If you have a Premier or Business account, you'll pay a fee to receive payments.
